Sliding scale fees will be considered. Please contact us for further details.

While CCWC is actively working to increase the number of insurance companies that cover lactation services, you can book appointments with the following out-of-pocket expenses in mind. We will provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible partial reimbursement.

If you are able to pay the full amount, those fees offset the cost for other families requesting sliding scale fee consideration.

In home:

• Initial Consult 90 mins - $200

• Initial Consult 90 mins weekend or holiday - $225

• Follow Up Visit 90 mins - $175

• Follow Up Visit 90 mins weekend or holiday - $200

• Initial Consult Twins 90+ mins - $250

• Initial Consult Twins Weekend or Holiday – 90+ mins - $250

• Follow Up Visit Twins 90+ mins - $225 

• Follow Up Visit Twins weekend or holiday 90+ mins - $250

*Tele-health:

• Initial Consultation - $125

• Follow-Up Consultation - $100

• Twins - $150

*tele-health visits must be with both LC and family member on camera and both LC and client must be in the state of Maryland.

Some services can not be provided virtually and LC may recommend in-person care under these circumstances.
